Paying By Cheque or Postal Order

Cheques and postal orders should be made out to Dataflow Peripherals Ltd and should be sent with a completed payment form.

Note: Payments received without a completed form may experience delays. We receive many ebay payments each day and it can be difficult to match payments with ebay items.

Despatch Times For Cheque Payments

Items paid for by cheque will only be dispatched from us on clearance of funds. This is typically around 7 working days.

Upon despatch, your item will be updated on ebay, and an email sent to you so that you are aware that your item is on its way. If you do not receive your item within a 3-4 day period, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than willing to send you the postal tracking number so that you can track your item with Royal Mail Track and Trace online service. Items delayed/lost within the postal system are not recognised as such by Royal Mail until 15 days have passed since despatch. After despatch, delivery times cannot be guaranteed for those items being sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Items paid for by Postal Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. This is typically is a maximum of 2 working days.

You may sent us your credit card details in a number of ways:

• Secure Online Webpage: We have a specially constructed webpage that can take credit card payments. The connection between your computer and the page is encrypted to ensure all your details are protected. Our online service is not an automated system. Your details will be processed during office hours by one of our sales team. Your item will only be updated on ebay when payment has been taken. It will not update immediately on ebay when you send us your details. We also accept card payments from worldwide countries. • Fax: You may fax us your card details by completing a fax payment form. Please ensure that you write eligibly so the details can be read correctly.
• Telephone: You may call us on 01462-734200 between the hours of 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday to give us your details personally.

Note: For your own security, please do not send us credit card details by email as this method is not secure!

After payment has been taken will delette/shred your card details. We do not keep credit card details for any reason. If you purchase from us again on ebay, you will need to resubmit your details to make payment.
